Senior Care Network Named One of Northeast Ohio’s Best Places to Work

CLEVELANDSeptember 21, 2009 – Eliza Jennings Senior Care Network is proud to be recognized by the Employers Resource Council (ERC) as one of the 99 best places to work in Northeast Ohio!  This year’s NorthCoast 99 winners were honored at a recognition dinner September 16th at LaCentre Conference and Banquet Facility in Westlake.  This is the fourth time the organization has received the award.

“Our daily mission throughout all of our communities is to improve the lives of residents and program participants, which would not be possible without the dedication and compassion of a truly exceptional staff,” said Deborah Lewis Hiller, President and Chief Executive Officer.  “As Ohio’s only Masterpiece Living® community and a leader in person-centered care, expectations and department specific goals are shared with all staff members. This allows staff to realize the direct impact of their daily contributions.

The NorthCoast 99 program measures candidates in seven key areas within a workplace:  flexibility, opportunity, recognition, development, security, support and talent integrity.  The NorthCoast 99 Award celebrates businesses that excel in attracting, retaining and motivating top employees through programs and benefits that exceed industry average.
